AI Privacy & Security

You sell trust. We check whether your AI stack deserves it — and hand you the fixes.

Who it's for

  • Businesses whose staff use AI tools with customer, student, patient, or client data
  • Households and family offices worried about smart devices, cameras, and chatbot data
  • Organizations that need an AI data policy grounded in how their tools actually behave

Typical problems we hear

  • Nobody can answer 'where does what we type into the chatbot actually go, and how long is it kept?'
  • Personal and work accounts mixed across the same AI tools and devices
  • Smart cameras, voice assistants, and cloud accounts whose sharing and retention settings have never been reviewed

What we do

  1. Inventory the AI tools and smart devices in use, and map their data flows: what leaves, to whom, retained how long
  2. Review vendor terms and account settings that matter: training use, retention, sharing, sub-processors
  3. Check the human side: account sharing, personal-vs-work mixing, and the habits that cause most real leaks
  4. Deliver a written report with findings ranked by risk and a fix list your team can actually execute

Deliverables

  • Privacy & Security Review report: data-flow map, findings ranked by risk, remediation steps
  • A one-page green/yellow/red data guide for your staff or family
  • Recommended account and device settings, itemized
  • An optional follow-up check that the fixes landed

Questions, answered

Is this a penetration test or a certification?

No — and we'll never sell it as one. This is an expert review of AI data practices: flows, settings, vendor terms, and habits. Where a formal assessment is required, we'll tell you which kind and why.

Do you need access to our systems?

The review works from inventories, settings screens, and vendor documentation you provide. We don't ask for passwords, and every access is agreed in advance.

Can you review a household, not a business?

Yes — smart cameras, voice assistants, family accounts, and chatbots are a standard scope, and the report is written in plain language.

What do most reviews find?

The same pattern: training-use toggles left on, cloud recordings retained forever, accounts shared with people who moved on, and work data in personal accounts. All fixable — usually in an afternoon, once someone lists them.
